Overcoming Obsessions
Obsessions and compulsions take many forms and often get linked with addictions and eating disorders. Some patients say they suffer from an addiction to chocolate or other foods and others say they can't stop over-eating. Many others patients come to the clinic suffering from eating disorders such as bulimia and anorexia. All of these problems have one root cause; their subconscious mind. It is never a conscious choice to have these problems, they lie in the subconscious and therefore that is where we should look for a solution.
Curative hypnotherapy and NLP both focus on achieving change in our subconscious mind; at the clinic we find them to be extremely helpful in dealing with the root causes of obsessions whatever form they may take. Once the root cause of the problem is dealt with, all the symptoms will subside whether they take the form of compulsively eating chocolate, checking the door is locked over and over or any other obsession.
