“I have spent the last twenty years on and off trying some type of diet which never had a lasting effect. I had put on some considerable weight and was feeling very low in confidence and motivation. I wanted to try something that helped me achieve my goals positively. When I met Deborah I had just ended a relationship, was very overweight and my self esteem was low. I wanted help in losing weight, motivation to exercise and to build my confidence again. Deborah made me review my whole outlook on going forward, made me look at my goals and how I could successfully achieve these. I have stopped dieting with the latest fad and have begun eating healthily. I have a new outlook on exercising and maintaining a healthier lifestyle as well as a more positive approach to life and the obstacles that come my way.
